PROGRAMS: Launched
periodically, our public programs offer the industry an opportunity
to send participants to acquire leading edge information and
remain abreast of the challenges.

IN-HOUSE TRAINING:
5 High Level SMT programs of 1 or 2 day duration covering a
wide spectrum of SMT topics and modules addressing the needs
of the industry. 'Hands-On' assembly line training and problem
solving can be added to these as an option
For a large number of attendees within an organization, in-house
programs offer the most cost effective, customizable and flexible
approach. The effectiveness of these programs can be enhanced
by including practical 'hands-on' work. Customers may organize
the session logistics or Waterfall Technologies can offer to
organize the entire event including facilities, meal arrangements
and handout materials. Course Fee for customized programs is
based on customer specific requirements and we will provide
a detailed proposal upon contact.

3.COMPUTER
BASED TRAINING: 'CBT'
programs are a LAN Based or Web based training tool developed
by 'Automated Learning' with industry leaders. CBT can be run
on client's server for multiple users or can be offered as web
based learning. Clients acquire 'credits' allowing their employees
to use the courses at their own learning pace and level of ability.
A 'course-seat' is activated when a student enrolls for any
given course allowing the student use of that course for one
year from the date of enrollment. Depending on complexity each
'course-seat' consumes one more credits. Credit are modestly
priced and volume discount applies. Unused Credits do not expire.
When running low credits can be topped up 'on-line' as needed
offering complete flexibility in terms of use and a JIT approach.
CBT is offered as a complete package comprising all the courses
and a feature rich 'Automated Curriculum Manager' [ACM] to delight
the client's Training cell by automating and tracking a host
of student and course related activities.
